Second marriage for both. Joshua was divorced, Maria was a widow.
Attend Jewish Free School from October 1871 to July 1875, giving incorrect birth date of 27 October 1864.. Birth registerd by mother giving maiden name as Isaccs. (Possiblle confused and gave her mothers maiden name!). Not found in 1881 Census. A Mr J B Rees age 26 depart London on 26 May 1891 on the RMS Orient to Sydney, Australia.
